- Reference model or photo if available
- Key specification
- Required accessories
- Color, logo, label, or packaging request
- Target price range

## Quantity and Timeline
- Sample quantity
- First bulk order quantity
- Expected monthly or quarterly repeat volume
- Sample deadline
- Bulk order deadline
- Shipment destination or port

## Compliance and Packaging
- Certification requirement by market
- Plug type or cable requirement for power supplies
- Retail box, neutral box, or buyer brand box
- Carton mark and barcode requirement
- Manual, warranty card, or label requirement

## Follow-up Notes
- A-level lead: clear quantity, market, product, and purchase timeline
- B-level lead: clear product interest but incomplete quantity or timeline
- C-level lead: broad inquiry with no concrete purchasing plan yet
